NATASHA THOMPSON
CEO/FOUNDER
Natasha Thompson is the Director of Single Family Home Development and External Relations at The Menkiti Group, where she joined the development team in July 2016 to drive growth in the company's single-family home portfolio. With a focus on sourcing, analyzing, and acquiring real estate opportunities, Natasha manages all aspects of new acquisitions, from the initial stages to contract negotiations, due diligence, and closing. She also leads and supports the development team, overseeing design, construction schedules, budgets, and executive reporting.
Before joining The Menkiti Group, Natasha served as the Market Center Administrator of Keller Williams Capital Properties in Bethesda, Maryland, where she played a key role in the Market Center's success, guiding it to become one of the top real estate brokerages in Montgomery County and earning the Home Run Launch award for the highest profit after the first year of launch. Before her time at Keller Williams, Natasha was a Georgia native and owned a boutique real estate company.
